Girls Jewellery Making Parties
I specialise in children’s jewellery making parties from the age of 5+ (year 1) for groups of 6 to 13 children.
I will spend at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours helping the children to design and make two pieces of jewellery.
All you need to provide is a large roomy table with good light.
I will provide the invitations, equipment, charms and beads. At a Pendant Moon Party each girl will take
home with her the jewellery she has made, in a pretty organza bag (so no need for a party bag).
I will attend parties within a 10 mile radius of Aldershot, I am also happy to consider parties outside
these areas, which I am happy to discuss further with you.
The birthday girl will also receive a small gift.

All parties require a £20 deposit to secure your party booking, I will never ask for full payment in advance. If you have any queries about payment, please do send me an email or call me.
14 years & Adults, Prices start at £15 per person per item,

All party bookings can be booked either through email or telephone, please call for available dates.
All bookings will be confirmed vial email or telephone by Pendant Moon. All enquires are welcome.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
The deposit of £20 can be sent via paypal (please let me know if you are unable to pay using paypal).
I will never ask for full payment in advance.
Your deposit of £20 will secure the date you have chosen for your party (please pay within 7 days of
booking, failure to do so, Pendant Moon has the right to cancel without notice). Once the deposit has
been received, all the necessary information will be sent with the details of the party, party invites and
two disclaimers which should be signed and Pendant Moon's copy returned before the party is due to take
place (this can be done on the day). Thank you cards will be brought along on the day of the party.
Settlement of payment can be made by cash on the day of the party, or by Paypal which needs to be
received 7 working days before the party is due to take place (you will need to contact me if you wish
to go through this method).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The girls jewellery making parties are for the ages of 5 years + (or year 1) with a minimum charge of £80
(for 6 children). Children attending the girls jewellery making parties are to be supervised at all time, and
there should be at least two adults over the age of 18 for girls between the ages of 6 - 7, and one present
for 7 plus at the party. I must remind customers that this is not a baby sitting service and Pendant Moon
is not responsible for any of the children if left alone.
Parents with small children who will not be taking part are asked that they are supervised in another room
or away from the table where the party will take place. This is to avoid injury or swallowing of small
objects and pendant moon will not be liable.
Before the party commences the children will be explained about health and safety.
Pendant Moon has Public Liability Insurance and is CRB checked which is at advanced level, these can
be produced at the party on the day if you require with 3 days notice.

All invoices will be charged for the minimum of £80 within a 5 mile radius, £85 within a 10 mile radius.
BAD WEATHER
Please be aware that during bad weather including: Severe STORMS, FLOODS, SNOW or ICY conditions it may not be possible for me to travel to particular destinations. I will always endevour to do my utmost to get to all my parties, but safety will always be my priority. I would appreciate if you do have concerns for any of the above mentioned that you keep me informed of weather around your area. I will always contact my customers to give them as much warning as I possibly can. If the unforeseen happens, I will be happy to re-schedule any date. If you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact me.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

If you have agreed; to notify you of our services that may be of interest, your contact number, your name and address e-mail address The only information held by pendant moon is via any correspondence ie email or letter , no information is held on this website. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
All your details will not be shared with any other third parties.
If we believe an order has been placed fraudulently then we may share that information with third parties including the Police, credit card companies and any other organization that may help to track and/or prevent future occurrences of fraud or abuse.
