Hi my name is Janice and I am so passionate about making jewellery that I just love to share my ideas and
to let everyone know that you do not have to be an expert to make jewellery.
A Pendant Moon Party specialises in children’s and adults jewellery making parties from the age of
5 years (must be in year 1) plus.
HOW MANY CAN ATTEND?
I can cater for groups of 6 to 10 children (I have done parties for groups of 13 to 15, but extra time may
well be needed. If you do require a larger party, please do call me to discuss this further.
HOW LONG WILL A PARTY TAKE?
I would arrive half an hour before the party is due to take place to set up. I would spend at least 2 to
2 1/2 hours helping the children to design and make two pieces of jewellery. It is important that the girls
arrive at least 10 minutes before the party is due to start and suggest that this time is put on the invitation
(this should ensure that your party will not run late)
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
All you need to provide is a large roomy table with good light. I have beeding trays which are the same
size as A4 portrait, which the girls will work on if they are making a necklace, for all other pieces of jewellery
the beading mats will be used. Normally all the bead trays (there are 6-7 trays A4 size) would sit in the middle
of the table, but if you feel you may not have the room, please let me know and we can ring discuss this
further (nothing is impossible!).
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A PENDANT MOON PARTY?
I will provide all the invitations, thank you notes, equipment, pendants and beads. At a Pendant Moon Party
each girl will take home with her the jewellery she has designed, in a pretty organza bag (so no need for a
party bag). I do also include a memory wire ring in the organza bag (which I keep quiet about as it is a nice
suprise for them) and also do a special prize for the best piece of jewellery. The
birthday girl will also receive a small gift.
WHAT CAN THE GIRLS MAKE
The girls get to make two pieces of jewellery which the birthday girls or host will choose which two. For
ages of 5-8 all jewellery will be finished off by myself. Girls of 9 plus, I will teach the girls how to apply
pliers opening and closing jump rings, loops and finishing off their jewellery. It is not possible for the girls
to make different pieces on the day and even though they will all make the same type of jewellery they will all
get to create their own designs.
I am always adding new beads and pendants and so what you see on the website may not be available any
longer. All Photos on this website I have made and are examples of what you can make.
PRICES
My prices are fair and have been kept to the minimum, but obviously the further I have to travel
the price will increase.
I will attend parties within a 10 mile radius of Aldershot, but I am also happy to consider parties outside
these areas, please call me to discuss further.

All invoices will be charged for the minimum of £80 within a 5 mile radius, £85 within a 10 mile radius.
